The primary mission of Wholly Word is to show the pure beauty,
eloquence, poetry, spirit, and power contained in the King James
translation of the Holy Bible. It is intended to present one of the
oldest English translations of the Bible in a modern context, to
demonstrate how poignant, practical, perfect, and contemporary
this translation remains, even after four centuries in publication.
The KJV Holy Bible was first published in the year 1611.

These Scriptures set to music are meant to encourage people who have never read or heard the Word of God to pick up a copy of the Bible, and see for themselves the wisdom and truth contained in God's letter to us. It is also intended to encourage all Christians to keep and read copies of the King James Bible, along with any more modern translations that they may already use in their study of God's Word.

The King James Holy Bible is the benchmark to which all other Bibles are compared.
